Product Manager Gamification

Interverse offers a unique “interact-to-earn” (Play-2-Earn) system that rewards players with NFTs and Tokens for their voice interactions with our intelligent Non-Player Characters. Since we want to offer a unique and ever-growing gaming experience through this reward system, we are looking for an absolute genius that can continuously design and improve on this. The person we are looking for knows exactly how to create fun and engaging player experiences though our Intelligent Non-Player Characters in the metaverse by coming up with creative mini-game (storylines), setting up strategic partnerships, organizing in-world events/campaigns and working out our Token and NFT reward scheme that is distributed to our players (details during our intro call).

Responsibilities:
  • Take the lead in (continuously) developing and improving our Token and NFT reward system for Interverse players;
  • Collaborate with our internal team and external partners to to develop new gamification concepts;
  • Design and implement weekly interaction concepts for our players to earn rewards;
  • Compile complete gamification templates with Non-Player Character persona’s for partners to integrate easily;
  • Expand our partner ecosystem that can contribute to our gamified reward system such as NFT Studios, XR Studios, Gaming Studios, Blockchain projects, Crypto Exchanges, Clothing brands etc…;
  • Design and execute creative (seasonal) reward campaigns in collaboration with our marketing and community team to create a big buzz;
  • Track metrics/analytics for data driven decision-making on improving our gamification experience;
  • Research competitors and learn from their gameplay approaches to design new gamified strategies;
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a game development/production studio;
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency (tokenomics), NFTs, Web3, and the metaverse;
  • Creative mind that is able to come up with plenty of gamified concepts;
  • Critical thinker that knows how to create complex and elaborate player experiences;
  • Able to move and act fast as we are moving at high speeds;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Fun to work with.
