Interverse is looking to grow its team with a Growth Specialist Lead that is laser-focused on growing the Interverse community and knows exactly how to drive user engagement through user-first experiential initiatives, building community partnerships and creating supercharged growth strategies. The person in this role will have the opportunity to work directly and independently with relevant contacts and execute on strategic growth initiatives. In addition to working with external partners, this role will also interface and collaborate closely with our team members in Marketing and Product. This is a full-time position that is fully remote.

Take full responsibility and the lead in developing and executing our growth strategies and campaigns that drive user growth;
Work with our (small but growing) marketing team for PR, stakeholder engagement, newsletter marketing, sponsorships, content, influencer outreach, social media to events and much more;
Work with our Events & PR team to organize and host awesome events (online and offline) that create a big buzz;
Uncover and leverage new growth hacks and opportunities to accelerate user growth;
Organize wide-ranging outreach campaigns/sponsorships to raise awareness for our brand and product;
Help create content that grows our online followership;
Track metrics and analyze data to optimize our growth activities;
Come up with creative ideas and way to drive engagement and publicity;
Grow and drive Twitter engagement to our community;
Create pipelines to grow Discord and Telegram users.
Minimum of 2 years of growth marketing experience in Blockchain/Web3/Metaverse;
Crypto-native is a plus, you know your way around hot projects and communities;
Able to communicate and engage with excitement and professionalism;
Experience with Twitter, Telegram, Discord communities;
Experience working both independently and as a team;
Able and willing to work remotely;
Experienced in multi-tasking, prioritizing, working on different strategic initiatives and with different team members simultaneously;
Experience with a fast-paced work environment;
Fluent in English;
